Our Application Process
Our application process is easy as 1, 2, 3...
STEP 1
STEP 2
Have ready your Proof of Income and ID . This should be at least one months income. The ID can be anything from a Drivers License, Photo ID Card, or Passport. We need to make sure you are who you say you are.
STEP 3
Now that you have completed our application process, take some time to look into our availableunits.
FIRST: After finding a unit you want and can afford, come to the office to Receive Keys
for a more thorough look-over.
SECOND:
Once you've decided on a unit, all that’s needed to hold it is a
Security Deposit
. (Amount varies depending on the unit and can only hold a unit for 2 weeks)
THIRD: While we work to ready your new apartment, you MUST contact PNM and NM Gas Company to get the utilities turned on in your name. (This usually takes 1-2 days)
Now, you've been approved, checked the place out, paid a security deposit and got the utilities on, get ready to move into your New Home. All we then need is the 1st Months' Rent and the place is yours.(pro-rated if this all is not done on the 1st)
**Rent is always due on the first of every month, and late fees start after closing on the 5th.
Feel free to contact us
with any other questions or concerns. Our team is always waiting to welcome you to your new home.
